Cheryl Evans has been in the property management industry for over 20 years. She was head of commercial property management for Cushman and Wakefield in San Diego, California where she specialized in the construction management division. Cheryl built out and renovated over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space on 7 projects before joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial team in Carson City, Nevada. She has a wide range of experience in every aspect of property management, from leasing and marketing to construction management and tenant retention. Her main focus is in Retail and Office management.

Cheryl earned her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2000 and holds a real estate license in both Nevada and California.
