Experience:

Dennis has been a full-time agent in real estate sales transactions since 1999. He has experience with multi-family, office, industrial, commercial, land and investment sales. He has also participated in lease transactions for industrial, office, and commercial retail space. After his 29 year career in retail store management, and during his career in real estate sales, he has already been involved in more than $100 million dollars in real estate transactions. His previous experience as a store manager, buyer/merchandiser, operations manager, district manager, regional director and as a corporate officer for research and development projects coupled with his CCIM training classes has given him much of his ability to determine the value of businesses and investment opportunities. His total commitment to his client’s needs has given him a reputation as being a reliable, tenacious and intelligent with good common sense and successful problem solving skills.
